Concierge Trip Fee - $30

When you book a concierge service appointment, we will visit your home to pick-up your computer for repair, and then return your repaired computer to your home when its done. We will get everything plugged in and running again before we go.

Virus Removal and Protection Plans- $90

Our most popular service! We use sophisticated virus/malware detection and removal software to rid your computer of the nastiest and most dangerous software on the web. Virus removal services include a free PC tune-up.

Tune-up / Bloatware Removal - $45
|
Like a car, your PC needs regular checkups. Our tune‐up will have your computer running like new. We can also remove unwanted “Bloatware”
installed by the manufacturer. |
PC Upgrades - $45-75

Extend your computer’s life and give it a performance boost! We upgrade and install ram, CPUs, video cards, and mother boards.

PC Refresh / Factory Reinstall - $60
|
Make your computer feel new again! We will restore your computer to factory specifications or reinstall your operating system. Includes driver
updates, security patches, and Bloatware removal. Add data backup for an additional $50, saving $10 off our normal price. |
Printer Issues - $25

Data Backup - $60
|
Are you running out of space on your hard drive or do you need to move your data to a new computer? Let us help! We can move your data to a new hard drive.

Did your hard drive fail, or is your hard drive failing? We can recover your data to a new hard drive. New hard drive not included.
